This is a relaxed, vendor-only workshop series on Friday afternoon where you can connect with and learn from colleagues.
Expanded for 2026: The Chocolate Exchange
Many vendors in 2024 mentioned that they wanted more time to connect with other vendors. This dedicated session is where you can connect with fellow chocolate people, share and taste samples, and shop for chocolate in a casual, leisurely setting.
Expanded for 2026: Speaking Opportunities
The Love Community Center venue has more meeting and lecture spaces to connect with chocolate-loving consumers. If you want to be a speaker, let us know when you book your stand.

VIP Vendor Buddy Program
A reliable volunteer staff person will be assigned to you in advance and can help with setup and provide all reasonable assistance during the festival. (If you want your own VIP Vendor Buddy, let us know when you book your stand.)
Homestay Options
The Festival’s Homestay program has been a huge hit Let us know when you book your stand if you want to take part in this program as space is limited and preference will be given to 2025 and 2024 vendors.
